장단의 박자표기 체계화 및 통일화를 위한 시론 －결합박장단, 혼합박장단, 복합박장단을 중심으로－
본 연구는 한국음악의 오선보 표기시 장단을 반영한 박자표의 다양한 사례를 소개하고, 결합박장단, 혼합박장단, 복합박장단을 중심으로 박자표기의 현황과 통일화를 위한 시론을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 현재 한국음악을 오선보로 표기하는데 있어서, 박자표의 분모에는 한 박에 해당하는 음표를, 그리고 분자에는 한 마디 안에 들어가는 박수, 즉 장단의 총 박수를 표기하는 것으로 통일되어 왔다. 일반적으로 균등박자, 예를 들면 기준박이 하나이고 한 장단의 주기가 비교적 길지 않은 민요나 산조 등의 박자표기법 이 그러하다. 그런데 불균등박장단으로서 결합박장단인 시조, 혼합박장단인 엇모리장단, 그리고 복합박장 단인 농악의 길군악칠채의 박자표기는 한국음악 장단의 구조를 반영하지 않거나, 반영하여 표기되는 경우 에도 서로 다른 형태로 기보되고 있다. 따라서, 이와 같은 불균등박장단인 결합박장단, 혼합박장단, 그리고 복합박장단의 박자표기시 장단 구조 반영 및 통일화를 위해서는 학계의 문제 인식 확산과 더불어 표기법의 체계화를 위한 합의가 필요할 것이다.
A Discussion on the Systematization and Unification of Time Tables of Jangdan －Centering on Unusual Combined Meter, Unusual Paired Meter, and Unusual Unpaired Meter－
The purpose of this study is to introduce various examples of beat notation reflecting the rhythm of jangdan, and to present the current status and unification of time tables, focusing on unusual combined meter, unusual paired meter, and unusual unpaired meter. Currently, in the representation of Korean traditional music as staff notation system, it has been generally unified by marking a note corresponding to a beat in the denominator and a clapping within a single bar in the numerator, that is, the total applause of the rhythm. In general, the single beat, for example, most of the usual beat time tables have been unified. On the other hand, Sijo jangdan with usual combined meters, eonmori jangdan with unusual paired meters, and gilgunakchilchae jangdan of nongak with unusual unpaired meters, do not reflect the structure of the Korean music rhythm structure and are marked in different forms. Therefore, in order to reflect and unify the rhythm structure of the beat table of jangdans with usual combined meters, unusual paired meters, and unusual unpaired meters, an agreement for systematic notation will be needed along with the spread of academic awareness.
